Oh no, no, no, no, no.
This is well out of date.
The figure is now much higher than this. The government is in the process of setting up a task force to deal with the crisis.

Thanks for the correction, Mad Priest. You're absolutely right. The percentage is much higher than I originally thought. It's a national crisis. I've replaced the original number with the current figure.
